Who we are

YouSpa is a Miami-based brand crafting 19 momme mulberry silk pillowcases, sleep masks and scrunchies. We operate as a US LLC and issue a digital receipt for every purchase.

Purchases & payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link via Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment is captured and the automatic receipt is emailed.

Availability

We work in small, hand-cut batches. When a color sells out, we pull it from the catalog until the next fabric run arrives. If you paid for a piece we cannot deliver, we refund in full within 5 business days.

Warranty & liability

We stand behind every piece against manufacturing defects for 90 days. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, machine washing, prolonged sun exposure or discoloration from chemicals.

Changes to the service

We may update these terms to reflect changes in operations or regulatory requirements. When we do, we post the last-updated date at the bottom of this page and notify customers with an active account by email.
