We ship across the United States from our Miami atelier. Each piece is hand-packed in reusable, recyclable boxes.

How we ship

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Anything confirmed before 12:00 PM ET is prepared the same day. After that it ships the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment we hand the parcel to the carrier.

Miami metro — 1 to 3 business days, $5
Continental US — 3 to 7 business days, $8
Free shipping on every order over $90
Local pickup in Miami — free, ready in 24 business hours

Exchanges & returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. For hygiene reasons, sleep masks and scrunchies must come back with the original tamper seal intact. Pillowcases are accepted as long as they are unused and in the original packaging.

To start a return or exchange, email hello@youspas.com with your order number. We coordinate a free pickup inside Miami-Dade and pre-paid carrier labels for the rest of the country.

Silk guarantee

Every piece passes a manual quality check before shipping. If you find a manufacturing defect within the first 90 days, we replace it — no questions asked. We just ask for a photo and your order number.
